REQUIREMENTS : A minimal of three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Real Estate Management offerings or associated qualification with applicable years of working experience at a Junior Management/ Assistant Director equal level. Knowledge of Property administration aspect, public finance administration act, Preferential procurement coverage framework act, Procurement strategies and Directives, Public administration, Government goals on BEE, file procedures. Must have suitable verbal exchange competencies at all levels, negotiation skills, trouble fixing skills, laptop literacy, record writing skills, analytical thinking skills, time administration skills, choice making skills, diplomacy competencies and planning and organizing skills. Ability to work underneath stress and meet deadlines, Willingness to adapt work agenda in accordance with workplace requirements and inclined to travel. Valid driver’s license.

DUTIES : Maintenance and updating of constant property register. Conduct property audits on PMIS, take a look at debtors file on PMIS, affirm debtors month to-month schedule, reply to and get to the bottom of audit queries, collect month-to month expenditure reports.
