REQUIREMENTS : Minimum requirement: Basic studying and writing skills. Experience: Appropriate experience. Inherent requirement of the job: Valid Code B/EB driver’s license. Valid PDP. Sober habits. Responsible for motors and maintenance. Prepared to work irregular hours. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge of transport regulations.
DUTIES : (key end result areas/outputs): Schedule transport and diagram transport routes. Loading and transporting of items and team of workers compliment. Inspection of vehicles. Timely reporting of minor and important defects. Responsible for the prescribed records and logs involving the motors and items handled. Assist the Transport Officer to hold the transport fleet in a easy and roadworthy condition. Prepare reviews for the supervisor if and when needed. Compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
