REQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4; plus An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6 or higher) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; plus A minimal of six (6) years’ trip in a road protection / development environment; plus A legitimate driver’s licence (minimum code B). DUTIES : Monitor the renovation and restore of street surfaces on all surfaced roads such as resurfacing interval, culvert/bridge replacement, line painting, alternative of sign, grade and resurfaced gravel on free pinnacle roads. Develop preservation schedules for property (roads, plant, equipment, etc). Plan and put together a weekly/monthly web page programme. Manage shrunk services, task management and closing inspection for capital projects. Provide technical recommendation on claims towards the Department. Monitor and take a look at the first-class of work accomplished by contractors/maintenance teams. Manage staff.
