Job Related Knowledge: Knowledge of operation of the equipment. Physical inspection of motors and interpret practise for suited use of all controls for secure operation of vehicles. Planting and harvesting of crops. Interpret and comply with running manuals. Maintenance manuals and service charts. Job Related Skills: Operating a tractor. Operating specialised machinery such as a TLB, Bulldozer etc. Using of specific implements. Road maintenance. Communication skills. Ability to study and write. Good eyesight. Teamwork. A Valid driver’s license Code EC and working Certificate.
DUTIES : Operates tractor with a variety of implements to help with bodily execution of various standard farming activities. Perform events preservation and preparations of vineyards, Orchards, nurseries and experimental web page at PQS. Perform the implementation and gear preservation and administrative support. Ensure protected storage, cleansing and activities preservation and restore of implements and equipment. Operate Specialised Machinery. Operation of specialised gear such as boilers, pressurizers, autoclaves, tractors, brush cutters, mowers, spray pumps, and front-end loaders. Perform simple maintenance and restore of tractors, implements and equipment. Perform general technical help with pest manage in quarantine facilities. Responsible for pesticide utility in accordance to pointers from PQS. Assist with preparation and mixing of pesticides in accordance to hints as properly as manual spot spray utility of pants in facilities.
