REQUIREMENTS : Minimum instructional qualification: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade nine (Std. 7).Experience: Appropriate experience, in the working of a switchboard. Inherent requirement of the job: The capability to work, day and night shifts, on weekends and public vacations when required. Physically able to hear and talk clearly. Competencies (knowledge/skills): The potential to operate switchboard gear efficaciously and efficiently. Excellent smartphone etiquette. Able to talk effectively.

DUTIES : (key end result areas/outputs): Handling of all incoming and outgoing calls as properly as telephonic enquiries. Ensure high quality and environment friendly communication, each internally and externally between staff, shoppers and the regularly occurring public. Processing and distribution of month-to month phone accounts. Keep monthly statistics. Provide clerical and administrative aid to the supervisor. Monthly update of the phone extension list. Receive and make certain correct distribution of faxes and different messages.
