REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12; No trip required. Skills: Interviewing, Communication (verbal and written), Listening, Computer Literacy, Listening, Interpretation (ability to interpret UI Act and Contribution Act), Conflict Management, Time Management, Customer Relations, Analytical, Interpersonal, Telephone etiquette, On job coaching (operations system).
