DEPUTY DIRECTOR: EPWP ENVIRONMENT & CULTURE SECTOR (X2 POSTS)

REQUIREMENTS : A Minimum of three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Environmental Sciences, Agriculture or associated qualification, applicable years of working experience at a Junior Management/ Assistant Director equal degree in the relevant field. Valid driver’s license, Knowledge of Environmental associated legislations, insurance policies and regulations. People Management and empowerment skills, Sound analytical, trouble identification and fixing skills, Analytical thinking, Language proficiency, Report writing skills, Numeracy, Research skills, Organizing and planning, Computer literacy, Advanced interpersonal and diplomacy skills, Decision Making and Project making skills. An innovative, creative, resourceful, energetic, helpful, capability to work efficaciously and efficaciously under sustained pressure. Ability to meet tight deadlines, potential to work lengthy hours, uncovered to herbal and unfavourable climate conditions, humans orientated, trustworthy, assertive, hardworking, pretty motivated, capacity to work independently.

DUTIES : The nice administration of the Environmental and Culture quarter and implementation of waste administration initiatives, set up wonderful intervention to maximize implementation of EPWP initiatives in the Environment and Culture sector. Facilitates profitable implementation of the Waste management initiatives in the municipalities. Facilitates identification of expansion areas and great practices. Sound and fine intervention for the Environment and Culture sector, furnish reviews to managing our bodies and relevant stakeholders. Facilitates the improvement of the provincial area plans and implementation plans. Comprehensive area and implementation plans developed in provinces, Work carefully with lead provincial departments and member departments to enhance things to do of the Environment and Culture sector Extent of guide stakeholder–related help programs. Extent and effectiveness of administrative associated matters.
