REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma (NQF6) in Environmental Science or applicable in the associated field. A minimal of 5 (5) years’ journey in the associated subject of which three (3) years ought to be at an entry/junior managerial stage (Assistant Director degree or equivalent). Knowledge of environmental administration and the related legislations. Good task and monetary management background. Knowledge of public carrier and departmental approaches and prescripts. Have know-how of inter governmental relations. The Candidate ought to be in possession of the following skills: Planning, Organizing, Facilitation, Communication and technical writing skills. Must have management and administration skills. Advance office software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to collaborate efficiently with stakeholders at a number of levels. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good interpersonal relations. Ability to work with difficult men and women and to unravel conflict. Proactive strategy to features deadlines and handing over consequences with restricted supervision.

DUTIES : Provide contract administration with appreciate to implementation of the project. Managing month-to-month reporting necessities and the evaluation of month-to-month reports. Conduct the web page and administrative inspections for the tasks and making sure the facilitation of the corrective measures in cases of non-compliance. Provide aid in the improvement of plans for projects. Facilitate inputs into project enterprise plans. Manage cash-flow and expenditure in admire to the implementation of the projects. Manage stakeholders concerned in the implementation of the projects. Review implementers’ overall performance towards the contracts. Facilitate the institution of Project Advisory Committees and meetings. Convene implementers’ briefing sessions. Manage strategies and procedures worried in the closeout of the projects. Facilitate the submission and comparison of task completion reports. Facilitate the task hand-over processes.
