ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: EPWP TRAINING COORDINATOR

SALARY : R582 444 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : A minimal of three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Public Administration, Public Management, Sociology, Psychology, Education, Behavioural Sciences. Relevant ride in Training and Skills Development Coordination field. A legitimate driver’s license. Ability to meet tight deadlines, potential to work lengthy hours, human beings orientated, trustworthy, assertive, hardworking, quite motivated, potential to work independently. Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Computer literacy. Willing to travel.

DUTIES : Coordinate the education for EPW members now not restrained to DPWI sourced funding. Assist with completion and verification of coaching purposes from sectors and public our bodies throughout all spheres of government. Present the training functions to the EPWP Approval Training Committee for approval. Coordinate the logistical conferences in practise for the training. Support Public Bodies with technical help on their education interventions, now not limited to DPWI sourced funding. Support Training Providers with compliance to audit necessities and put in force resolutions of audits associated to the EPWP training in the province. Collect and seize facts for reporting education interventions, (not restrained to DPWI sourced funding). Collect Portfolio of Evidence required for reporting training. Capture education statistics on the EPWP Reporting System. Compile coaching reports. Facilitate as a coach on EPWP training interventions. Provide help in the manner of growing and maintaining coaching programs. Ensure that venues are conducive for education and make certain that all strategic aids are available. Provide coaching for EPWP training interventions e.g. EPWP Learning Programme, Financial Sector Conduct Authority and others. Manage the administrative associated functions. Facilitate EPWP coaching associated conferences in the province and make certain provision of secretariat characteristic to the meetings. Ensure suitable report management. Respond to queries with regard to EPWP training. Provide guide in the management of the price range for the sub-directorate.
