REQUIREMENTS : A minimal of three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Supply Chain / Procurement/ Logistics / Purchasing or associated field. Must be skilled in Public Sector Contract Management. Possession of a legitimate driver’s License. People administration and management skills. Attention to detail. Good communication skills. Problem fixing skills. Analytical skills. Time Management skills. Ability to operate underneath pressure. Knowledge, understanding and utility of applicable relevant acts. Computer Literacy. Essential Knowledge, Skills, And Competencies Required: The profitable candidate need to have a thorough information of contract management. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Frameworks such as the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and regulations, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (BBBEE), Treasury Practice Notes, and the Constitution of Bid Committees and contracts. Excellent information of Supply Chain Management processes, Government Procurement Systems, coverage development, and chance management. Knowledge of coverage improvement and implementation.
